Mrs.
Frederick is admitted to practice before all federal district
courts in Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and all
state courts in Alabama. Ms. Frederick is a member of the
Birmingham, Alabama State Bar, and American Bar
Associations.
Mrs. Frederick has litigated all types of employment
discrimination cases, state-law based employment claims,
construction law cases and arbitration cases before the American
Arbitration Association. Mrs. Frederick has developed all
types of personnel policies and procedures, advises clients on
general labor and employment law issues and has conducted training
for clients’ managers and supervisors and human resources groups
regarding topics ranging from OSHA and HIPAA issues to avoiding
employment discrimination.
